There are three main ways to learn about the AcuLever® techniques:

1. VIDEOS

The Instructional Videos are arranged in order to create our “Basic Routine”, which treats 6 key muscle groups. The first video for each muscle group gives an overview of the technique that is further refined by the subsequent “Technical Precision” videos that follow.

99% of what you need to know to use the AcuLever® is in these videos.

You are encouraged to learn these video techniques in order, as releasing the psoas muscles first creates the optimum effect for the rest of the routine. However, you should not feel restricted to that approach. 

2. BLOG

The Blog will include supplementary guidance to the videos, such as practical strategies that are helpful in making the best of these videos.

3. FAQ’s

The “Frequently Asked Questions” page is there for you to pose questions that are not answered in the other two sections. I will personally answer any technical questions you have via email.
